Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule Depending on the weight and urgency of your order we will ship either by Royal Mail or Interlink Express. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Items sent by Interlink Express will be delivered by 3pm on the next working day (4pm for mainland Scotland and within 2 working days for Europe and UK islands)
Items dispatched by Royal Mail are subject to Royal Mail delivery times.
Where an incorrect address is given and items are returned to us further postage costs will need to be paid for redelivery.
If it is not possible for our couriers to deliver your items they will leave a card detailing how to arrange for redelivery or collection. If an item is not collected and is returned to us further charges will be incurred to arrange delivery.
Delivery times apply to products in stock.

Returns Policy If your item is received damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Fabulous Foods reserves the right to send an alternative product to the items shown on this website. The replacement will be of at least the same value as the item purchased.
Unless by prior arrangement all orders must be paid for in full before they will be dispatched.
Fabulous Foods reserves the right to withdraw or replace products as and when necessary.
If an error in our website pricing is noticed after an order is placed Fabulous Foods reserves the right to amend the pricing. We will contact you to confirm you wish to proceed with the order at the correct pricing.
A customer may cancel an order at no cost if the order has not been dispatched. If an order has been dispatched then a 10% restocking fee will be applied and only items returned unopened and in a resellable condition will be refunded.
